Time to shed the Christmas cookie poundage with the 300 Spartan training workout
It's time for me to shed the what I like to call the Christmas cookie season poundage. Yes cookie season is over, and Christmas cookie poundage must go. There are many obstacles that Joe the gym guy/girl always need to overcome to successfully accomplish their fitness goals. The biggest speed bumps that always detour my road to a six-pack, instead of drinking a six-pack of Pepsi, is eating nutritious meals, staying motivated, and hitting the gym instead of the couch with a plate full of pizza slices. Mmmmm Pizzzza.
So to stay motivated, I will update my readers on my progress here. And I will also post everything I have learned on my fitness journey, such as exercises to freshen up your own routines, meals that provide fuel for your workouts, supplements that help you recover from a hard workout…
Speaking of exercises, I have read on several sites that kettlebells are a great workout. Sly used kettlebells to help him get back into Rocky shape. Josh Dean from Mens Vogue states that
kettlebells are one of the quickest—and most taxing—means to peak athletic form.

Here is a YouTube video featuring the 300 Spartan training workout and its amazing results will be lost. Let's review the exercises the actors did in training, make appropriate substitutions for an indoor gym workout, and look at how to get the same results the actors did through short, intense workouts.
