OMG, George Clooney is returning to "ER!"

It's true, it's true, it's true, IT'S TRUE!!! Dr. Doug Ross is coming back for the show's final season! There's no word on when George will air or how many episodes he'll appear in, but HE'S COMING BACK! I am beyond thrilled!

In other news, Oscar nominations were announced this morning. It's all about Heath Ledger and "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button." Kate Winslet was nominated for Best Actress for her performance in "The Reader," but she and Leonardo DiCaprio were both snubbed for their work in "Revolutionary Road," which I think is a travesty. (It's great that Michael Shannon got a Best Supporting Actor nod, though.) Other overlooked performances include Clint Eastwood in "Gran Torino" and Cate Blanchett in "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button." WTF is up with that?!
