LOSTBLOG -- Live-blogging "The Little Prince"

The new episode of "Lost" begins at 8 p.m. I'll be updating as the show goes, so hit refresh and leave some comments, questions, and general freak-outs. The blog begins after the jump.

756 -- The new ep is almost here. Looks like it's gonna be a Jack/Kate episode. Yuck. But that means Benjamin will be back tonight, right?

759 -- Charlotte goes down, cut to black. Will we even see her in tonight's episode?

801 -- How long before Matthew Fox makes the "Jack Face"? (Come on, you know what I'm talking about.)

802 -- "I have always been with you." OMG.

804 -- Is Sun gonna kidnap Aaron?

805 -- Mmmmm.... chocolate firearms.

809 -- Oh good, we'll get some on-island action tonight after all.

810 -- What is up with Sawyer's hair in that one shot? And why does Faraday continue to wear his necktie?

810 -- So I've been so concerned with figuring out what Charlotte's constant is that I overlooked the other obvious question: What is the constant for everyone else?

811 -- Angela Chase's dad turned into a real douchebag.

812 -- So I'm guessing Sun contacted Claire's mom. Or was it Widmore?

813 -- Ooh, John's gonna turn the donkey wheel again!

814 -- Aw, wistful, lovey-dovey Sawyer...

815 -- Awesome cue from Michael Giacchino as Sawyer announced they were going to the Orchid.

815 -- "Ben is not gonna hurt Hurley." LMFAO

816 -- What show was that woman doctor on? Or was it a "Star Trek" movie, maybe ... ?

817 -- Sayid will straight-up kill your ass!

818 -- WHA?!?!? So ... is Sun framing Kate, or is Widmore framing Kate? (Or is that the same thing?)

823 -- Numbers reference: "Meet us at the Long Beach Marina, slip 23."

824 -- What exactly are we looking at there? Is it a structure or a shaft of light?

825 -- Cool. I was wondering if the Losties tripping through time could actually come across their friends. Did Emilie get a credit at the top of the show? I didn't notice...

831 -- Wow, they're so desperate to get people to watch "Life On Mars" that they're teasing more "Lost" content that will play during that show.

831 -- Dammit, Kate, don't go all Benjamin Linus on Jack and withhold the truth. ... Ah, good. Thank you, Kate.

833 -- Of course, it was the light from the hatch. ... Jeez, when was the last time we heard anyone talk about Boone?

834 -- "Are you sure about that?" Hey, maybe there are some credence to the theory that Miles is Dr. Halliwax's son.

835 -- Ajira Airways is revealed! (That name showed up in the online ARGs a while back.)

837 -- "That was two months ago." For us, that was four years ago.

839 -- Jack should probably mention that they're going to see Ben soon ... and there's Claire's mom!

840 -- Was anyone else strangely turned on when Juliet fired that rifle? No?

842 -- That "Grey's" / "Private Practice" crossover looks like must-not-see TV.

844 -- "She'll listen to me." Why in the world would Claire's mom listen to you, Jack?

846 -- One is reminded of Kevin Spacey in "Seven" -- "Oh. He didn't know!"

846 -- WTG, Jack. You just ruined everything.

848 -- What the hell is this all about? Is this Ben's ploy to get Kate to agree to come with them?

849 -- If I were Sawyer, I'd finish this conversation by making out with Juliet.

850 -- Well, I'm gonna say that the constant for everyone on the island is ... The Oceanic Six. And that's why they have to get back.

851 -- Are we about to meet young Rousseau? ... No! We're about to discover that Jin is alive!

855 -- A sneak peek for a show that begins in five minutes? Jeebus, the ratings for "Life on Mars" must be abysmal.

857 -- Numbers: 42 Panorama Crest

858 -- "No Jack, she's right." Ben rules.

859 -- Damn you! You cut away there?

900 -- It is young Rousseau!

901 -- Awesome. And next week looks awesome too.

Best scene: Sawyer sees Kate and Claire from two months ago -- but for we in the audience, it was a reference to a show that aired four years ago.

Best line: "I needed that pain. To get to where I am now." (John Locke)

Best performance: Josh Holloway, who brought the snark and got to stretch his acting muscles as Sawyer deals with the absence of Kate and the difficulties of time travel.

we're keeping track...

So far this season, Sawyer has said "Son of a bitch!" in every episode, with varying inflections. I want to see how long he can keep this streak up.

Dang!

Why can't we just see everything now?!?!

Angela Chase's dad, LOL.

That lady doctor was on Everwood. (Which was a really great show, BTW).

Ben does rule. He's not afraid of anyone, and he doesn't apologize for anything. I don't know about his new hairdo, though.

I think I crossed over to Sawyer's side today in the great Jack vs. Sawyer debate, because he loooooooooves her!!
