Remembering Natasha Richardson
Although most people are shocked and saddened by Natasha Richardson's tragic death, it seems that many of them aren't very familiar with her work. I'm actually a big fan of hers. My favorite thing she ever did was the Broadway revival of "Cabaret." I have the soundtrack and listen to it often. I also adore the remake of "The Parent Trap" that Natasha starred in with Lindsay Lohan (back when LiLo was still sweet and innocent).
I'm also a big fan of Natasha's husband, Liam Neeson, and her mother, Vanessa Redgrave. I feel so awful for them, and for Natasha's two children. This is such a horrible tragedy. Natasha was only 45 years old. She fell down while going down a bunny hill, claimed that she felt fine, and then BAM! One amazing life was cut short in an instant.
If anything positive can possibly come out of this terrible incident, it's the fact that we are all reminded how precious life really is, and realize that everything could be taken away from us at any moment.
