2.6 cents per six-pack of beer.
13 cents per bottle of wine
81 cents for a fifth of liquor.
That'll bring in $109 million a year to help pay off the financing.


I've seen plenty of stories about the price tag (overall and on certain items, like noted above) but I haven't seen a list of what actually is included in this infrastructure plan. Clearly it will be a substantial list, but what does it include?
