Is John Edwards the baby daddy?

After many months of speculation, it appears that former presidential candidate John Edwards is finally going to admit that he's the father of Rielle Hunter's 18-month-old daughter. Last year, John admitted that he and Rielle had an affair, which is something he publicly denied for some time. Following his admission of guilt, John continued to deny that he was the father of Rielle's child.

I sincerely hope this report isn't true. I don't care about John Edwards...he is a politician I once admired, but now I think he's super scum. I just feel terrible for John's family, especially his wife, Elizabeth Edwards, who has terminal cancer. Hasn't the poor woman been through enough? Why couldn't John just fess up to everything all at once, instead of drawing it out like this? This just makes it even more painful for his family.

That man seriously disgusts me.
