David Letterman, office sex addict?!
I'm definitely staying up to watch "The Late Show with David Letterman" tonight. Apparently Dave is going to fess up to having sexual relations with female members (plural, not singular) of his staff. He's going public with this because someone tried to extort $2 million from him in exchange for keeping this information quiet. Dave collaborated with the police, who ended up arresting the extortionist wannabe, and now he wants to set the record straight.
It's smart for Dave to come clean about all this right away and try to control the story himself. It's unclear yet when all Dave's illicit indiscretions took place and exactly how many female staff members he was involved with. However, Dave recently married his longtime girlfriend, who he's been with since the 1980s. They have a six-year-old son together. Dave makes a living cracking jokes about other people's infidelities, and if he turns out to be just another cheating a******, I'm very disappointed in him. He may still be able to make me laugh, but he has definitely lost a lot of my respect.

What is with the title of your column? Office sex addict? Good grief.
but his sex-capades are none of our business.
As are the trashy Alaska phonies.
Marriage is not for everybody. This guy didn't marry his live in for so long for a reason, I guess.
She was property and where he came at home, or he actually wanted Harry to have a "family."
The biggest issue about this and most press fluff is THAT THEY are what we wake up to on our internet, and not the true facts on real issues.
Imagine if the press spent half that time making sure each of us knows when our local and national politicians vote for fluff, or against the true legislatures we need.
Or even if the press spent more time explaining legislative bills so Fox news or CCN cannot pull a part out of a proposal and MAKE it the issue and subvert the true meaning and intent.
I would prefer waking up to that instead of Jon and kate, Eliain Gonzlaez, Smart, Paris Hilton, or peopel I don't know except because they "created" my interest in imaginary world.
...it's none of our business. But it still makes me sad to know that Dave is just another cheating scumbag. It doesn't change the fact that he makes me laugh, and I won't stop watching his show, but it just kind of sucks.
