Topinka will hug you, but not like a Democrat

Coming off the jaw-dropping Democratic hug fest in Denver, Judy Baar Topinka insists Republicans can hug it out too.
"Well we hug, but I thought that whole show the other day was very strange," she said today. "We do a lot of hugs and kisses but they are usually sincere and they are not for trying to make peace. They are just done because you feel good about hugging people.
And she derides the Dems' embraces:
"I didn't buy the hug. I thought it was stupid – really stupid."
