More evidence that the suburbs are ground zero for the battle over the U.S. House comes from the Washington Post today, where The Fix puts the three biggest local races in its top 20 nationwide.

And the other three hot Illinois battles are within its top 30.

Lists are made to generate debate, and this one might. The blog ranks the races by most likely to change parties to least likely.

The Joe Walsh vs. Tammy Duckworth race is ranked No. 5.

The Robert Dold vs. Brad Schneider race is No. 15.

And the Judy Biggert vs. Bill Foster contest is No. 20.
