We've learned that Patrick Brown, spokesman for Naperville Democrat Bill Foster's campaign against Republican Congresswoman Judy Biggert, of Hinsdale, is spearheading the transition effort as Foster prepares to enter the 113th Congress as 11th District Rep.

Meanwhile, Reed Adamson, who ran Deerfield Democrat Brad Schneider's campaign against 10th District Congressman Bob Dold of Kenilworth, will work as Schneider's chief of staff.

And Kaitlin Fahey, Tammy Duckworth's campaign cheif of staff, will head to DC to lead the Hoffman Estate's Democrat's team in the 8th Congressional District.
