What would the Powerball jackpot pay for?

Yeah, we have Powerball fever, too.
With a $550 million Powerball jackpot, you'd need 176 winning tickets to pay off the state's $97 billion in pension debt.
The odds of winning are 1 in 175 million. And you'd need to win 176 times.
That's before taxes.
Perhaps the more prudent route would be to pay off the state's unpaid bills with your Powerball winnings.
At about $9(ish) billion, you'd only need 17 winning tickets.
