Revolving door: Hultgren hires new COS

U.S. Rep. Randy Hultgren has hired a new Chief of Staff, to replace Jerry Clarke, who is leaving to pursue other opportunities.
Katherine McGuire, currently vice president of government affairs and public policy at the Business Software Alliance, will join the Winfield Republican's team later this month. McGuire, a graduate of the University of Wyoming, has more than 20 years experience on the Hill, including as a staff director for the Senate's health, education, labor and pension committee from 2006 to 2007, and as a legislative assistant for Assistant Minority Leader Alan Simpson from 1990 to 1994.
