According to multiple reports, former Bulls guard Nate Robinson is planning to sign a two-year deal with the Denver Nuggets for around $4 million total.

Many Bulls fans will be sad to see the brief Robinson era come to an end. He was an effective sparkplug who turned in some heroic performances in place of the injured Derrick Rose.

Robinson's most memorable effort was the 34 points he scored in the wild triple-overtime playoff victory in Game 4 against Brooklyn. The victory put the Bulls up 3-1 in the series and they went on to win it in seven.

He also scored 35 points against New York, 34 against Denver and had 27 points when the Bulls opened the second round with a surprising victory in Miami.

The Bulls felt with Rose coming back from his knee injury, Robinson's services were no longer needed. The team chose to spend it's available money to add a 3-point shooter and brought in Mike Dunleavy Jr.

Another undersized former Bulls guard, John Lucas III, sent a Twitter message Monday referring to Utah as his new home.
