Quarterback Kyle Orton will start today against the Packers. Orton missed last week's game with a sprained ankle and was limited in the week leading up to today's game, but he was deemed healthy enough to start, reclaiming the job from Rex Grossman, who struggled in the 21-14 loss to the Titans. Bears inactive today are cornerback Marcus Hamilton, running back Kevin Jones, offensive tackle Fred Miller, defensive tackles Matt Toeaina and Anthony Adams, defensive end Ervin Baldwin and wide receiver Earl Bennett. Caleb Hanie is the third quarterback. Hunter Hillenmeyer is back after missing two games with a thumb injury, but Nick Roach will start ahead of him at strong-side linebacker.
